Supervised safety and traffic control for implementation of “High Occupancy Vehicle”(HOV)

lane on major interstate freeway project in Phoenix metropolitan area.

· $206 million“Design/Build Project,”included construction of new bridge,which required

complicated and articulate highway lane, closures to reduce impact on the motoring public.

· Completed project in 20 months,which was six months before projected 26-month project

completion date.

· Supervised10 Traffic Control Technicians and four one-ton barricade trucks with flat beds

and stake beds.

· Created and manipulated traffic control plans for submission to local Right of Way officials in

cities,municipalities, and state offices in Phoenix and State of Arizona, utilizing AUTOCAD

system. ERT training for companies such as SRP, APS, El Paso Electric, Intel and the US Air

Force. Through my 11years in the Fire Service, every day was an education.
